Orders leave us within 1–2 working days; the transit times above start from then. One rate per parcel, whatever's in it.
Pieces sent abroad are priced for export, with the packing, paperwork and handling that takes. Each product page shows the price for your country.
Pay cash on delivery anywhere in Morocco, or by bank transfer or PayPal from anywhere. The delivery fee is added at checkout once you've picked your country.
Customs and duty
Prices and postage don't include import duty or VAT. If your country charges them, they're paid to the carrier or customs on arrival — we can't calculate them in advance.
Tracking
Every order goes out tracked with Barid Al-Maghrib (Amana). You'll get the number by email the day it's posted. If tracking hasn't moved in a week, tell us — chasing the carrier is our job, not yours.
