Everything ships from Agadir, Morocco, close to where it was made. We pack, post and track every order ourselves.
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the world. Our published rate card isn't live yet — until it is, message us with what you want and where you are, and we'll quote the exact postage before you pay anything.
Customs and duty
Orders leaving Morocco may attract import duty or VAT when they arrive in your country. Those charges are set by your customs authority, not by us, and we can't calculate them in advance. Ask us before ordering and we'll tell you what other customers in your country have paid.
Tracking
Every order goes out tracked. You'll get the number by email the day it's posted. If tracking hasn't moved in a week, tell us — chasing the carrier is our job, not yours.
