These are small runs from small labels, so we'd rather sort a problem out with you directly than hide behind a form.
The window
Our formal returns window isn't published yet. Until it is, get in touch and we'll deal with it case by case — we won't leave you stuck with something that doesn't fit.
Get the size right first
Returning a parcel to Morocco costs real money, so the cheapest return is the one that never happens. Every measurement we have is published on the size guide, taken flat, in centimetres. Compare against something you already own — and if you're between sizes, ask us before you order.
Damaged or wrong item
If a piece turns up damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, that's on us. Send a photo within a few days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it — you won't pay return postage for our mistake.
Questions before you buy are always cheaper than returns after. Ask us anything.
